Emma’s career in the fitness industry began simply as a goal to learn as much as possible about living a physically active, healthy and fit lifestyle with a mission to influence other people.

“Most people give up just when they’re about to achieve success. They quit on the one yard line. They give up at the last minute of the game one foot from a winning touchdown.”

Ten years ago she decided to take her passion for health and wellness to a new level and earned a variety of fitness certifications. Emma takes pride in balancing nutrition and personal encouragement with just the right workout routine to keep each client motivated and challenged through a variety of proper and fun exercises.
